Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of when the completed order is received and payment processed, unless your item is on backorder. You may recieve notice at the time order is placed or receive an email notice following order, that an item is on “delayed shipping” status. A COMPLETE AND CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS IS ESSENTIAL. If a package is returned to us due to and an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. An additional fee may apply if an address change is made while the package is en route. Including a daytime phone number where the recipient can be reached is highly recommended.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit. You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping' link on our product list and product detail pages. If you’re logged in and have previously placed an order with us, your zip code will be saved. If you are not logged in, just enter your zip code or country to get a shipping cost estimate. (You will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process.) The shipping calculator is available in the Shopping Cart as well so that you can calculate the standard shipping costs for your full order before you begin checking out. If you select a different shipping method during checkout, your actual shipping cost may be higher.
RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your unopened products within 30 days of delivery date for a prompt refund or exchange using our Return Merchandise Authorization procedure (RMA). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To obtain an RMA number please contact customer service at 757.226.7923 Mon-Fri 9-5pm EST then simply return the factory sealed unopened bottles to us within 10 days of obtaining your RMA number. Refunds for items returned within 10 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization will be fully credited in the same form as the original payment less 15% restocking fee. Refunds for RMA items received after 10 days of receiving the RMA will be issued in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase, credit will be full amount of less 15% restocking fee. Returns without RMA will not receive a refund or credit and will be returned to sender at senders expense. RMA number MUST be clearly visible on outside label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any bottles damaged while in transit to our Returns Department. All returns must receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number in order for the return to be processed. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box. If an RMA number is not listed on the outside of your returned box, it will be refused by our Returns Department and sent back to you. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method with a required signature for your protection.
