What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday with exceptions for inventory and holiday schedules.
When will I receive my order?
Typically, you can expect to receive your The Total Health Store order within 3-7 business days from time of shipping.
What is the status of my order?
Answers vary, and generally depend on the order. Staffers monitor all purchases processed through thetotalhealthstore.com and assign tracking numbers. The day your order is shipped, you will receive notification via e-mail.
What if I don't receive my order?
E-mail your shipping information and your order number to orderprocessing@thetotalhealthstore.com, and we'll contact you after we've checked with our shipper to find out the cause of the delay.
What if I received the wrong item?
All orders are verified in our system prior to shipping, but occasionally mistakes do happen. If your order is incorrect in any way, please contact us, and we'll take it from there!
Does The Total Health Store use network marketing (or MLM) to distribute its product?
No.
What Is The Most Effective Way Of Taking Nutritional Supplements?
Liquids such as pure natural fruit juice do not have binders that pills use to hold molecules together or agents which help break them up. Our Juices do not contain artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, coating materials which are normally used in pills which may also be harmful to you health.
